Abertura da Loja Emma Almada — Termos e Condições da Oferta Promocional 

1. Promotor. A presente oferta promocional (a “Oferta”) é organizada por Emma Sleep Portugal, Unipessoal Lda, com sede R. António Mega Ferreira 61, 1º andar, Porta A - Lado A, 1800-242 Lisboa, NIF 516235834 (“Emma”). 

2. Período e local. A Oferta decorre de 25 de julho a 9 de agosto, ou até ao limite do stock disponível, e está disponível apenas presencialmente na loja Emma situada em Unidade 1.55, Piso 0, Almada Forum - R. Sérgio Malpique, 2810-500 Almada, Portugal (a “Loja”). 

3. Elegibilidade. Destina-se a clientes com idade igual ou superior a 18 anos que visitem a Loja durante o período da Oferta. Limitada a uma Oferta por pessoa. Excluem-se os colaboradores da Emma envolvidos na ativação. 

4. Como funciona. Cada cliente participante recebe um brinde garantido, sujeito a disponibilidade. Trata-se de um brinde promocional e não de um sorteio: o brinde não é atribuído pela sorte. 

5. Opções de brinde. O cliente recebe um saco de brindes Emma (cujo conteúdo poderá incluir uma mala de praia, bola, toalha de praia e raquetes de praia, sujeito a disponibilidade).  

6. Condições. 

  • Os brindes são pessoais, intransmissíveis e não podem ser trocados por dinheiro nem por qualquer outro produto ou vantagem não indicados acima. 
  • Todos os brindes estão sujeitos a disponibilidade e limitados ao stock existente na Loja. A Emma poderá substituir um item do saco de brindes por outro de valor equivalente em caso de rutura. 
  • A Oferta não é acumulável com outras ativações. 

7. Proteção de dados. Para receber o saco de brindes não é necessário fornecer dados pessoais. A subscrição das comunicações de marketing da Emma é totalmente facultativa e nunca constitui condição para receber qualquer brinde. Os dados pessoais são tratados de acordo com a política de privacidade disponível na Loja. 

8. Disposições gerais. A Emma poderá alterar, suspender ou cancelar a Oferta a qualquer momento por motivo justificado, sem qualquer responsabilidade e salvaguardando os direitos já adquiridos pelos clientes. Os presentes Termos regem-se pela lei portuguesa.

Emma Almada Opening — Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions 

1. Promoter. This promotional offer (the “Offer”) is organised by Emma Sleep Portugal, registered at R. António Mega Ferreira 61, 1º andar, Porta A - Lado A, 1800-242 Lisboa, NIF 516235834 (“Emma”). 

2. Period and location. The Offer runs from July 25 to August 9, or while stocks last, and is available only in person at the Emma store at Unit 1.55, level 0, Almada Forum - R. Sérgio Malpique, 2810-500 Almada, Portugal (the “Store”). 

3. Eligibility. Open to customers aged 18 or over who visit the Store during the Offer period. Limited to one Offer per person. Emma staff involved in the activation are excluded. 

4. How it works. Every participating customer receives a guaranteed gift, subject to availability. This is a promotional gift, not a prize draw: the gift is not awarded by chance.  

5. Gift options. The customer receives an Emma goodie bag (contents may include a beach bag, ball, beach towel and beach rackets, subject to availability); 

6. Conditions. 

  • Gifts are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other product or benefit not listed above. 
  • All gifts are subject to availability and limited to stock held at the Store. Emma may replace a goodie bag item with one of equivalent value if it runs out. 
  • The Offer cannot be combined with other gift-based activations. 

7. Data protection. No personal data is required to receive the goodie bag or the additional discount. Subscribing to Emma’s marketing communications is entirely optional and is never a condition of receiving any gift. Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy notice available at the Store. 

8. General. Emma may amend, suspend or cancel the Offer at any time for justified reasons, without liability and preserving rights already acquired by customers. These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
